Induction wire preheater for copper wires from 0.45 to 2.8mm,to temperatures up to 190 (C), line speeds up to 2500 M/min (all combination depending on customer range of specifications).
Nominal power rating for power unit is 16 KW. Loop voltage varies upon customer specs (40V RMS max). Loop maintained by shorting pulley. Control unit monitors line speed and ambient temperature for controlling to preset. Includes standard features for closed loop control via temperature input, hyperbolic control algorithms, safety interlocking door, new high speed wire break cutoff circuit. Left to right configuration.
